Who We Are
SYL LASH ACADEMY provides the beauty industry professionals around the world with positive, professional lash training. Academy Director and Lash Trainer Sylvia Leon creates hands-on eyelash extension training that ensures students success. She is a certified in lash training by the National Association of Lash Artists (NALA).
Hands-on Instruction
Training to become a successful eyelash tech isn’t a skill to be learned virtually. Don’t be satisfied with an online lash trainer or tutorial. Instead, register with SYL LASH ACADEMY for instructor-led, in-person training using professional products.
Professional Lash Trainer
Applying lash extensions requires patience and an attention to detail. With patience and understanding, Sylvia provides step-by-step instruction accompanied by real-time coaching and feedback. Sylvia connects well with students. She spent a dozen years as a cosmetologist and has been a lash artist since 2014, beginning in Sacramento, California.
Lash Training Conferences
Located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, SYL LASH ACADEMY offers lash training conferences in Green Bay, Northeast Wisconsin, and throughout the U.S. Training conferences are led by Sylvia or another experienced lash trainer. Students learn lash pickup methods to add lift, texture, and volume to clients’ lashes. Beginner and intermediate classes are available: Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega-Volume. Each lash training conference lasts two full days. Finance options and payment plans are available.
